Rev. Morgan Caruthers Fletcher (she/her) is the creator of Present Nomads and its sole practitioner. With 21 years of ministerial experience, and 12 of those in full-time pastoral ministry, she is uniquely equipped in free range pastoring. Her background in social work has allowed her to support both congregations and non-profits with living into their values and embodying their mission. Morgan has focused on building her 1:1 and group sessions through the skilled practice of coaching and therapy around each person’s intuitive wisdom. She has been practicing in the field of social work since 2011.
Morgan has a Master of Social Work from the Diana Garland School of Social Work (currently holding a LSW), a Master of Divinity from George W. Truett Theological Seminary, received a specialization in congregational social work, was ordained by Calvary Baptist Church of Washington, D.C., served in Episcopalian, American Baptist, Lutheran, United Church of Christ, and Alliance of Baptist Churches, is trained through the International Coaching Federation, and has been trained in trauma informed care, somatic therapy, and internal family systems.
